This Privacy Policy describes how Tilted Planet Ltd ("Clutch," "we," "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use the Clutch platform.
We believe in being straightforward: we do not collect information for sale to data brokers or try to invade your privacy for gain. This is a changing world, and we want to be among the best of it.
Account Information: Name, phone number, email address, and profile photo (optional). For operators: company name, business address, driver's license number, chauffeur license number, vehicle information, and tax identification number.
Booking and Ride Data: Pickup and destination addresses, ride dates and times, passenger counts, flight information (when provided), ride preferences, and payment records.
Location Data: With your permission, we collect location data to enable ride tracking, driver positioning, airport geofencing, and address autocomplete. Operators using fleet tracking (Tio) share location data during active duty. Passengers may share location to set pickup addresses and find nearby drivers.
Identity Verification Data: Phone numbers and email addresses used for OTP verification (via Twilio and SendGrid). Where applicable, identity verification data processed through Persona. We retain only what is necessary to maintain your verified status — raw verification documents are not stored.
Device and Usage Data: Push notification tokens, app version, device model, and basic usage analytics to improve the Platform.
Communications: Messages sent through the Platform between operators and passengers, customer feedback, survey responses, and support interactions.
We share personal information only in these limited circumstances:
Operator app data (bookings, client records, invoices) is stored locally on the operator's device using Apple's SwiftData framework and backed up through the operator's own iCloud account. Server-side data is stored in encrypted databases hosted on secure cloud infrastructure.
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed credentials, time-limited authentication tokens, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Operators control retention of their own client and booking data. When you delete your account, we remove your personal information from our active systems, though some data may persist in backups for a limited period or as required by law.

The Platform is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. Passengers under 18 may ride only when accompanied by a responsible adult or with arrangements made by a parent or guardian through a verified account.
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). We do not sell personal information. You may request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected. Contact privacy@clutchlimo.com to make a request.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or via email. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
